Muscle Building Tips - Comprehensive Exercises Are Best

Building Muscle Tips - Bigger Movement Exercises

So what are the best exercises anyway? You wanna get big biceps? Gonna do some bicep curls and get massive? Nope I don't think so. Now don't get me wrong, the bicep curl has it's place. But not in an exercise program designed to get you bigger fast.

OK, Let's stop and think. What's the best thing do to if your goal is to put on muscles quickly. Weight training. And the best exercises to do are the one's that do the job in the least amount of time! They're called comprehensive exercises. I see no good reason to do lots of smaller exercises when I can get the same (if not better) job done with fewer bigger movements.

We've got about a 1 hour window (probably more like 45 minutes) where we can warm up, workout and warm down before our body starts turning from a muscle building machine, into a muscle BURNING machine. We don't want to burn out muscles. So we want to get as much muscle work done within this time as possible. And the secret is the Comprehensive Exercise.

The Best Exercise List

Building Muscle Tips #1. These are the only exercises you should do to to work out the most muscles in shortest amount of time. If you do these exercises, instead of the small exercises, you'll gain loads of muscle in very little time.

# Standing Free weight Squats

# Bench Press

# Stiff Deadlifts

# Standing Military Press

# Bent Over Rows

# Chin-Ups (if you can't do chins, do Lat Pull Downs)

# Dips (if you can't do full body dips do dips with your feet on a chair in front of you)

These last two exercises are optional because the other exercises are so comprehensive that you've already worked out your entire body! Do them if you've still got time and energy during your workouts.

Do 3 workouts each week, and try to do squats every workout. They're the foundation of a strong body. They're the largest muscles in your body. And working them out often will stimulate your body to produce muscle growth hormones more intensely.

By the way: YOU MUST WORK HARD. These exercises are THE BEST. So don't change them. Work out the exercises and work them hard. Do between 5-7 repetitions, and do 3 sets each. Lift as much weight as you can and if you're not confident, get someone to spot for you. But don't slack off! You're the one who must do the work. You want to get bigger right?

The biggest secret nobody talks about in the bodybuilding community is that you must work out your body with HARD WORK RESISTANCE TRAINING if you want the best results. No wonder all those guys grunt and groan when they're working out! That's why it's called a "work" out. - 16887
