PINEAPPLE EXPRESS: Full time stoner Dale Denton has just seen a bad cop, and the local drug king pin, commit a killing. The killers know he has seen the crime. Realizing this, he drops his joint of pineapple express, and he flees. This joint is such a unique type of weed, that it is possible to find out who has it. The game is on, Dale and his pot dealer friend Saul are deparately hidding from the bad guys.
HAMLET 2: Dana Marshz, formerly a small time actor, has found himself teaching high school theatre to uninterested students. The school loses a building due to destruction, so the administration decides the theater curriculum will get the axe. With a challenge now in front of him, he sets out to save the program by producing Hamlet 2, an original interpretation of the Shakespeare classic, which he writes himself.
GET SMART: Agent 86, aka Maxwell Smart is back, can you believe it? Would you believe... ? The classic James Bond spy spoof, the shoe phone, and the cone of silence. It is is a fun look back at the world of KAOS and CONTROL.
TROPIC THUNDER: With a collection of acting greats this film is a parody of recent war movies. To get a realistic performance from his super star cast to see the movie be a success, the seemingly bold director into the middle of nowhere, leaving them to fend for themselves. The plan is to scare them into making a war movie monster, which will be caught on hidden cameras in the area. When the director walks over a land mine and is blown apart, the spoiled actors are on their own, and they are covinced everything is just an act, but things are getting very, very real. Great cast with incredible make up for Robert Downey Jr.and Tom Cruise.
STEP BROTHERS: When two child like older men, who each live with their single parents, are going to share a room because their parents marry, big problems loom. With Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly playing the parts, and this seems to be a great recipe for a funny movie. This seems like a must see for a good time this year.
FORGETTING SAHRAH MARSHALL: Ater suffering an undesired break up with his girlfriend Sarah, a television actor, Peter finally plans to go on a trip to Hawaii to get past the break up. As one might expect, upon checking into the resort, he looks up and sees Sarah and her new lover, who's bigger than life. The stage is set for a fun filled romantic comedy.
ROLE MODELS: Danny and Wheeler, a couple of energy drink promoters, are looking at jail time because they binged, and trashed the company truck. The option to get out of going to prison is by doing communuty service. They are assigned to mentor some kids in a community service program. A good situation for some good laughs.
ZACK AND MIRI MAKE A PORNO: The bills aren't getting paid and Zack and Miri, roomies who have been friends since grade school, need to make some money. What's their solution? Easy, make pornos. As one can expect this situation makes for a funny film.
