Have you ever thought of the quickest way to loose weight? Most of the people think it is just to remain mostly hungry and exercise a lot. No doubt it works but will also make you feel weak and even after that you have to face many problems like diseases due to weak immune system. Obviously you will not remain hungry for your whole life. And after loosing weight when you again come to your normal diet, believe me; you will gain double of the previous weight.

You must be thinking then what can be the fastest way to loose weight? Yes, there is a way. When you plan to loose weight, first of all note the areas of fat accumulation. See how much fat is there that you need to loose. And decide a deadline that is the date till which you want to achieve your desired weight. Or you can do it in another way. Check the measurements of your body parts like neck, shoulders, chest, waist, hips, and thighs. See how much is needed to loose.

Next thing to keep in mind is that you have to reduce the intake of calories and burn it instead of fat. This is because when you consume food, some calories enter your body. These calories are used to make you active all the day and give you energy to work. Our body uses the calories it needs for the whole day and the leftover calories are stored in the form of fats in the body. So it is important that when you consume anything fatty, opt for healthy monounsaturated and poly-unsaturated fats instead of saturated and Trans fat.

Go to gym or exercise at home three days a week. Work out at least thirty minutes a day. Prefer morning exercise before breakfast and it will help you to loose weight faster than other day. Avoid junk food and increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables and other fibrous foods like oats. Do not take preservatives and foods that include chemicals.

Eat according to your hunger and do not ever diet. Add fruits between two meals. This means take five to six meals in total per day. This will boost up your metabolic rate helps in burning more calories.

Increase the intake of fibers as it will make you feel full for long time. Take low energy density foods like fruits and vegetables. These foods are less in calories and rich in vitamins and minerals and ensures that the metabolism of the body is strong and if not it gives the resources to do the job efficiently.

Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. This will flush out toxins from your body, and purifies blood and helps in loosing weight. Water also keeps you feel full and due to this you will also eat less, which means less calorie intake. But it does not mean that you just go on drinking water and stop eating anything as excess of everything is bad.
