My Son the Fanatic: Author Hanif Kureishi once more studies a Pakistani coming to terms with his life in England. In this case it's a taxi driver Puri who's disassociated from his spouse, and whose child is dissenting against him about things he just can't comprehend. Cast includes Om Puri, Rachel Griffits, StelIan Skarsgard, Akbar Kurtha, Gopi Desai, Harish Patel, and Bhasker Patel. (89 minutes,'97)

Follow That Camel: Silvers as a conniving sergeant livens up a boring trip to a foreign land. Cast includes Phil Silvers, Jim Dale, Peter Butterworth, Charles Hawtrey, Kenneth Williams, Anita Harris, and Joan Sims. (95 minutes,'67)

Stage Fright: Theater student Wyman turns covert sleuth because an actress' spouse is killed. There are some stimulating scenes however the Mr. Hitchcock misses on this one. Cast includes Marlene Dietrich, Jane Wyman, Richard Todd, Kay Walsh, Aastair Sim, Joyce Grenfell, Sybil Thorndike, and Patricia Hitchcock. (110 minutes,'50)

From the earth to The Moon: Jules Verne's fiction doesn't hover well in contrived sci-fi of early rocket flight to the moon. The cast looks mostly agitated. Cast includes Joseph Cotten, George Sanders, Debra Paget, Don Dubbins, Patric Knowles, and Henry Daniel. (100 minutes,'58)

Paul and Michelle: Why anyone would ever stay friends demands investigation. Too much has gone wrong to every think things could be rectified. This is a story of an incredibly strong friendship. Cast includes Sean Bury, Anicee Alvina, Keir Dullea, Catherine Allegret, and Ronald Lewis. (103 minutes,'74)

The Meteor Man: Townsend plays a hesitant, nerdy school teacher with a fear of heights whose hit by an abnormal emerald meteor that turns him into a superhero. Townsend additionally inscribed this "Superman N the Hood" story, full of good values, but very few funny moments. As a comedy it just doesn't soar. Cast includes Robert Townsend, Marla Gibbs, Eddie Griffin, Robert Guillaume, James Earl Jones, Roy Fegan, and Bill Cosby. (100 minutes,'93)

Dangerous Liaisons: Set in the 1760's, a wager has been made. Cecile de Volanges, a virtuous woman, is soon to be married. The Marquise de Merteuil bets an ex-lover, Viconte de Valmont, that he can't seduce her before the wedding day. Who will win the ugly little bet?
